Shipping policy

Please note that our orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. The Express shipping option is a service provided by Australia Post for faster handling, and the delivery speed depends on Australia Post's operations and local transit conditions. It does not guarantee a specific delivery time.

Parcels that do not require a signature will be left in a place the delivery drivers deem to be safe.

Domestic:

Standard: 3-10 business days
Express: 2-7 business days

International:

Depending on where you’re located, can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Mail can sometimes get delayed in Customs.

International customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.
